Complete Distribution Support
The complete distribution support option includes warehousing, product kitting and packaging, shrink wrapping, personalized customer service support, order processing, order fulfillment and distribution, detailed online accounting and reporting, web site development, e-commerce merchant account handling, web site hosting and management options, returns processing, restocking and remaindering.

Order Processing and Fulfillment Only
Orders are mailed, sent by fax, or electronically transferred to MSPP. Upon receipt, MSPP processes the orders, creates the invoicing by hard copy or electronically in the name of the client customer, ships the order, handles any required customer support accounting and follow up, provides detailed reporting by hard copy and on line and processes returns.

Direct Marketing & Call Center Support
MSPP has a state-of-the-art telephone system equipped with the newest call center software available from Toshiba/Oaisys that enables MSPP to handle all phone orders quickly and efficiently. The system is designed to handle telephone calls (in and outbound) in support of regular customer service operations or for heavy volume special direct marketing projects. The Oaisys Call Center ACD system provides for online call management monitoring with detailed tracking and reporting for all calls.

Sales Support
MSPP has established arrangements with commissioned sales representatives calling on retailers like Sam’s Clubs, COSTCO, TARGET, Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, K-Mart, Barnes & Noble, Borders, Book’s A Million, gift stores, craft stores, and more. If you need sales support MSPP may be able to provide what you need.

Design & Print Production
MSPP’s graphic design and development team works very closely with MSPP and its customers whereby MSPP can assist its customers with production of short run marketing materials such as sell sheets, brochures, and catalogs utilizing MSPP’s full color on demand printing solution.

Web Site Development & Hosting
MSPP offers web site design and hosting support that can be linked to the MSPP order entry system for ease in converting and managing e-commerce orders in conjunction with the other services offered by MSPP.

Special Packaging Support
MSPP provides prepack assembly, kitting, product labeling and shrink wrapping.

Returns Processing
MSPP processes, grades, separates and repacks returns quickly and efficiently. MSPP offers this as part of its regular support as well as a stand alone service for larger warehousing client’s and retailers.
